Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If your goods are damaged in transit please contact our team at support@theelephanttemple.com and one of our representatives will help you file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or stolen packages

The Elephant Temple will not be liable for lost or stolen packages. In the case that your items cannot be located, you will be instructed on how to file a claim with your carrier. Should your claim be approved by the carrier, any refunds issued to the sender will then be transferred to you. 

International Shipping Policy

For all orders placed outside the continental United States, please allow 7-14 business days for your package to arrive. In some instances you may be required to pay customs duties and or VAT upon arrival. For this reason, we recommend staying up to date on your country’s customs policies and reviewing them before ordering.

Limitation of Liability

Liability ends upon the exchange of purchased items with the designated shipping carrier. Once the designated carrier is in possession of said items, it is their responsibility to ensure delivery according to their policies. Any claims for lost or damaged packages must be addressed with shipping carrier.  In the unfortunate event that your package appears lost or stolen, please contact us at support@theelephanttemple.com, and a member of our team will assist with the claims process.
